is currently hiring Full-Time Valet Attendants at our Palo Alto location to assist incoming guests and location employees. The Tesla Palo Alto Location consists of multiple work locations within the area of the Tesla Facility.

General purpose:

The primary purpose of this position is to greet and assist Palo Alto guest and location employees park their vehicles and be a visible representative of the establishment we provide services for. Please note that this is a fast-paced environment so the ideal candidate must be responsible and reliable. Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations. Meet and greet all guests upon arrival; open guest vehicle doors. Retrieve keys from guest; issue ticket to guest or enter customer information using Oobeo app or manual ticket. Park guest car in appropriate space, log keys, and ensure safe and appropriate operation of guest vehicles. Inspect vehicle for preexisting damage record the make, model and exact location of each vehicle record information using Oobeo app or manual ticket. Quickly retrieve vehicles for waiting guests. Provide excellent customer service to guests; respond to guest inquiries in a courteous manner. Immediately report any incidents or claims to Manager or Leadership. Communicate professionally at all times with guests, client, and teammates Back vehicles into parking spaces, or double stacking abilities. Schedule:

Monday to Friday 10:30am - 7:00pm

Job Requirements:

At least 18 years of age Must have a valid Driver's License Excellent customer service and communication skills Must be able to clear Background check, E-Verify and Pre-Employment Must be able to present a DMV H6 printout. No more than 3 points on driving record. Valet/Stack Parking/Parking attendant experience is preferred Must be fluent in English Knowledgeable in
