In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the organization, presentation, and flow of vehicles throughout the dealership while delivering excellent customer service. As one of the first points of contact for customers and staff, you will help create a welcoming and professional environment by ensuring vehicles are positioned, maintained, and moved safely and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to build experience in automotive operations, customer service, and dealership management support. Responsibilities Safely move, park, and organize vehicles throughout the dealership and parking areas. Maintain the appearance and organization of both new and used vehicle inventory. Align and stage vehicles on the lot to dealership presentation standards. Install pricing sheets, vehicle information displays, and promotional materials as needed. Assist sales and management teams with daily dealership operations and vehicle placement. Deliver vehicles to service bays, detailing areas, or designated locations as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable lot at all times. Communicate effectively with managers, sales staff, and service teams regarding vehicle locations and inventory movement. Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies to protect customers, staff, and vehicles. Ability to work weekends as needed. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Previous experience in automotive dealerships, hospitality, retail, or delivery driving is a plus, but not required.
