Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Driver Patrol Shopping Center in Tustin, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide welcoming customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, retailers, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail common areas, parking facilities, exterior perimeters, and other assigned areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to established procedures. Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the location, and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents to appropriate personnel. Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities accurately while maintaining a professional presence and representing Allied Universal positively.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
