AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and visitors by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and security-related protocols throughout the retail location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or local responders when appropriate. Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for policy compliance, suspicious behavior, and/or unattended items, and document observations according to post procedures. Support emergency response activities, assist with crowd management during busy periods, and provide directions and general assistance to the public as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
