Job description: City Wide Property Services, Inc. is seeking a Parking Lot Sweeper to join our expanding team in Visalia, CA 93291 !

Part Time Schedule:

(24 hours per week)

Friday, Saturday & Sunday:

8:30pm-5

AM Pay:

$18-$21 Requirements Must possess a valid California driver's license. DMV driving record (MVR) check required. Proven experience driving company vehicles overnight Ability to use a hand-held blower. Proficiency in navigation and map interpretation Able to perform job duties that include pushing, carrying, bending, and handling supplies as needed. Able to handle extensive walking across properties and work outdoors year round in all weather conditions (rain, heat, cold, wind, etc.). Must successfully complete a pre-employment physical ability assessment that evaluates the essential physical functions required for this position. This role often requires working independently, being self-sufficient, and demonstrating strong communication skills. Able to work extra hours and/or changed schedules as needed to fulfill client requests.

Responsibilities:

This is a job that requires you to get in and out of a truck frequently to walk the property in addition to operating the Sweeper truck to maintain the cleanliness of commercial properties. Operate parking lot Sweeper to sweep parking lot Using a hand-held blower to blow walkways and hard to reach areas. Removing trash, leaves and dirt from the parking lot and curb lines. Keeping planters neat and presentable from debris Change and reline trash cans throughout the property.
