Job Summary Provide bag, golf car and range services to members and guests. Job Knowledge, Core Competencies and Expectations Knowledgeable about the game of golf and its rules. Knowledge of and ability to perform required role in emergency situations. Licenses and Special Requirements Valid driver's license. Responsibilities• Transport and stage carts Pull bags from the bag room and stage appropriately Set up and maintain practice facility which would include hourly restocking and clean up of Short Game areas Maintain a high level of service in the staging area. This includes but is not limited to: Greeting players Loading and unloading bags on carts Providing towels before round Sweeping out private carts Washing windshields Transporting bags to the parking lot Maintain a clean and orderly bag room, staging area, cart facility, range facility, and practice facility Return and clean carts to the cart facility Breakdown practice facility Wash and return players' clubs to the bag storage room Pick range and wash practice balls Wash, dry, and fold towels Care for & maintain the pushcart fleet All responsibilities are done in accordance with the operations manual Physical Demands and Work Environment Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions. Frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; extreme cold; extreme heat; risk of electrical shock; and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. Able to meet and perform the physical requirements and to work effectively in an environment which is typical of this position. Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, stooping and pulling. Frequent repetitive motions. Continuous standing and walking.
