Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and motivated Lot Attendant to help maintain the appearance, organization, and readiness of our vehicle inventory and dealership property. This position plays an important role in creating a positive customer experience by ensuring vehicles are clean, presentable, and properly positioned throughout the lot. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. This position starts at $15/hour, 20 hours per week. Friday and Saturday shifts required. Responsibilities Clean and prepare new and used vehicles, including interior and exterior detailing Move and organize vehicles according to dealership display standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicle lots, service lanes, and parking areas Install buyer guides, stock tags, and key tags on vehicles Transport vehicles between service areas, parking lots, and display locations Remove debris, trash, snow, or salvage materials from work areas Inspect vehicles and equipment for cleanliness, damage, or safety concerns Assist management with additional tasks and dealership support duties as assigned Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors for extended periods Experience & Education Previous automotive, porter, lot attendant, detailing, or customer service experience is helpful but not required We are willing to train motivated candidates High school diploma or GED preferred
