Job Description
Parking Attendant duties and expectations include:
- Availability to work full-time shifts from 7:00pm
- 3:00am
- Monitor and audit parking lots and garages in Fort Collins, Greely, Loveland, Firestone, Longmont, Boulder, and surrounding areas
- Issue warnings and tickets for vehicles violating parking policies specific to each location
- Assist guests who have questions regarding vehicle registrations or parking validations in accordance with each location's policies
- Monitor incoming text messages and phone calls when customer service staff members are not on shift
- Reliable, honest and trustworthy individual
- Maintain professional and presentable demeanor
- Attention to detail and organizational skills is crucial for this position
- Must have a reliable vehicle as you will be driving between multiple locations
