Lead Valet oversees our two-person valet team in a medium-paced environment. This role ensures compliance with all policies and procedures, enforces our service standards, and uses strong communication when interacting with guests and associates. REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience

DRIVING RECORD

3 years of continuous Driver's License experience.

License must be continuous:

Suspended or expired licenses within 3 years aren't allowed. No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years. No major moving violations within the last 3 years. No alcohol or drug-related violations within the last 3 years. Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to stay calm in any environment and impress that upon our team Positive and friendly attitude and ability to provide exceptional 5-STAR customer service 40hr work week with ability for on-call as needed for incidents and reporting Previous valet experience or similar industry preferred Must be able to pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Report screening We are looking for exceptional and compassionate individuals with a passion for customer service and doing their very best at everything they undertake. We perform background checks and motor vehicle reports, so clean criminal and driving records are a must.
