Job Description
Cox Chevrolet is looking for friendly, reliable, high-energy people to join our Service Support Team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, staying busy, and being part of a team. Our Service Support Staff helps keep the service department running smoothly and creates a great experience for our customers from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave. This position may include training in areas such as: Greeting customers on the service drive Parking and retrieving customer vehicles Answering phones and scheduling service appointments Following up with customers by phone Assisting with cashier duties, invoices, payments, and paperwork Helping customers check out with a friendly attitude Driving customers in our courtesy shuttle Keeping the service drive organized, clean, and moving smoothly Jumping in to help the team wherever needed We believe in cross-training our team so employees can learn multiple areas of the service department. As you train, we will work to place you where your strengths fit best while also supporting the needs of the department. For the right person, this can be more than just an entry-level job. Team members who stand out through great attitude, strong work ethic, customer service, and reliability may have the opportunity to be considered for future training as a Service Advisor Apprentice. Several of our current advisors started in support roles and earned their way into bigger opportunities.
