In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing vehicle parking and retrieval. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone who visits. Whether assisting with guest arrivals, parking vehicles, or handling basic vehicle operations, your proactive attitude will help create a positive environment that guests remember. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with vehicle parking or retrieval in a courteous manner Safely operate manual transmission vehicles and assist with driving as needed within the property Manage parking areas, ensuring efficient flow of vehicles and adherence to parking protocols Provide excellent guest services by answering questions, offering directions, and addressing concerns promptly Assist with basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as moving vehicles to designated areas or preparing them for departure Handle cash transactions accurately for valet services or parking fees, maintaining proper cash handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area to ensure a professional appearance at all times Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission vehicles preferred Strong guest services and customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to operate vehicles safely and confidently within parking regulations Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Previous dealership or retail experience, especially in valet or delivery driver roles, is highly desirable Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse guest populations Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions; familiarity with cashiering is beneficial Join us and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences through exceptional service!
