In this energetic role, you'll help ensure golf carts are clean, organized, safe, and readily available for members and guests. Your positive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to outstanding customer service will help create a welcoming experience from arrival through the end of every round. This paid position is a great opportunity to develop valuable customer service, hospitality, and golf-course operations skills while working in a team-oriented environment. Duties Clean, inspect, stage, and organize golf carts before and after each round. Ensure carts are properly charged, fueled when applicable, and ready for member and guest use. Assist golfers with retrieving and returning golf carts in a timely and courteous manner. Provide friendly customer service and answer questions about the course, clubhouse, facilities, and cart procedures. Help load and unload golf bags and assist guests with their equipment when needed. Maintain clean and organized cart staging, bag drop, and surrounding areas. Drive and position golf carts safely throughout designated areas of the property. Monitor carts for damage or maintenance concerns and promptly report issues to management or maintenance staff. Assist with golf bag organization, storage, and retrieval as needed. Support the golf shop, clubhouse, or outside services team with additional duties during busy periods. Provide excellent phone and in-person customer service when assisting members and guests. Follow all golf-course safety procedures, cart policies, and company standards. Experience Previous experience in golf, hospitality, retail, customer service, or a similar environment is preferred but not required. Previous golf cart or outside-services experience is a plus. A valid driver's license may be required depending on course policies. Ability to safely operate and maneuver golf carts. Strong communication and customer service skills. Friendly, professional, and positive attitude when interacting with members and guests. Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team. Strong attention to detail and ability to keep equipment and work areas clean and organized. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Basic knowledge of golf and familiarity with golf-course etiquette is helpful but not required. Bilingual skills are a plus for serving a diverse membership and guest population.
