We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced, hospitality-focused organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area and parking lot Assist in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings Provide sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning Maintain the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion, including the podium and bag drop area Maintain the cart storage area and cart wash down area in a neat, clean and orderly condition Prepare golf carts for play following the standards of Troon Assist in educating players regarding course policy, current cart policy, speed of play and so forth Assist players by changing their golf spikes if needed Perform range maintenance such as: presenting practice facility with practice balls, bag stands, den caddies and/or ball pyramids, and maintaining ball inventory over the course of the day Direct start of play when necessary Maintain accurate records of golfers renting clubs Service customers who are renting golf clubs and clean rental clubs upon return Assist with food and beverage activities Clean golfers' clubs upon completion of play Incorporate safe work practices in job performance Perform other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED; and six months to one year of customer service experience or training

Regular and reliable attendance
