Full-Time Lot Attendant DeVoe Cadillac | Naples, FL DeVoe Cadillac is looking for a high-energy, dependable Full-Time Lot Attendant who likes to stay busy and takes pride in keeping things organized and looking their best. This is an active, hands-on position. We are looking for someone who sees what needs to be done and gets after it without waiting for someone to give them their next task. If the lot is organized, you find the next priority. If a vehicle needs attention, you handle it. If a teammate needs help, you jump in. The right person for this role is self-motivated, proactive, comfortable working independently, and happiest when there is something to accomplish. You will have direction and support from the team, but you should not need constant supervision to stay productive. Why DeVoe? What You'll Do Receive, move, stage, and organize new, pre-owned, and customer vehicles throughout the dealership property. Keep vehicle inventory and lot areas organized, presentable, and dealership-ready. Work closely with the Sales and Service teams to locate, stage, and move vehicles based on daily priorities and customer needs. Regularly walk and monitor the lot to identify vehicles or areas that need attention. Take initiative to complete routine tasks without needing to be repeatedly directed or supervised. Help maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the dealership grounds and vehicle display areas. Inspect vehicles while moving or receiving them and immediately report any damage or concerns to management. Safely operate dealership vehicles and properly care for dealership equipment. Assist teammates and other departments when needed. Stay productive during slower periods by identifying and completing tasks that support the dealership. Perform other duties as assigned. Can safely operate a variety of vehicles.
