Valet Parking Attendant

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Parking Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while managing the parking area efficiently. As a Parking Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our guests. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with parking their vehicles. Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner. Maintain an organized parking area, ensuring all vehicles are parked correctly. Communicate effectively with guests regarding parking procedures and policies. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Assist with any customer inquiries or concerns related to parking services. Ensure the safety and security of all parked vehicles. Drive various types of vehicles, including manual transmission if necessary. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. Valet parking experience required. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately. Experience as a delivery driver or in a dealership setting is beneficial. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as it enhances communication with diverse customers. Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
