Roadside Assistance Provider / Owner-Operator RD Roadside and Towing Orlando, FL Job Details Contract $25 - $45 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Field service Automotive tire change English Driver's License Driving Full Job Description Roadside Assistance Provider / Owner-Operator RD Roadside & Towing is growing our network of dependable roadside assistance providers throughout the Central Florida area. We are looking for independent contractors/owner-operators who are comfortable helping stranded motorists and providing professional roadside service. Services May Include Jump starts Vehicle lockouts Flat-tire changes Fuel delivery Battery-related services Other approved roadside assistance services What We're Looking For We are looking for providers who are reliable, professional, safety-conscious, and able to communicate well with both customers and dispatch.
Applicants should have:
A valid driver's license A reliable vehicle suitable for roadside service Current vehicle insurance A smartphone with reliable service Basic roadside tools and equipment needed for the services offered The ability to safely perform the roadside services they accept Good communication and customer-service skills Previous roadside assistance, automotive, delivery, mobile service, or similar hands-on experience is preferred, but qualified applicants with relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Contractor Opportunity This is an independent contractor / owner-operator position , not a traditional hourly employee position. Providers can submit their availability and receive service opportunities based on customer demand, location, service capabilities, and coverage needs. Compensation is based on completed service calls. The advertised $25-$45 per hour range represents an estimated earning equivalent and is not a guaranteed hourly wage. Call volume and earnings may vary. Contractors are responsible for their own vehicle, fuel, equipment, insurance, taxes, and applicable business expenses. Service Area Initial opportunities will primarily be throughout Orlando and surrounding Central Florida communities .
