Essential Responsibilities Deliver friendly, efficient customer service to members and guests in the pro shop. Check in golfers, process sales/rentals at the register, and handle cash/ transactions accurately. Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and book tee times (in-person and over the phone). Maintain shop standards, check in merchandise, and assist the Head Golf Professional and assistants.
