Responsibilities & Duties Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure. Assist guests with loading, unloading, and transporting luggage. Provide professional and efficient valet parking services. Assist guests with directions, resort information, and general questions. Maintain a friendly, professional, and service-oriented presence at all times. Handle guest vehicles and personal belongings with care and professionalism. Support the Lodge & Spa and other resort departments as needed. Maintain a clean and organized arrival and valet area. Deliver exceptional guest service and help create a positive first and last impression of the resort. Qualifications & Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. Must possess a valid, clean driver's license. Previous hotel, resort, valet, bell service, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required. Excellent guest service and communication skills are required. Must be personable, professional, dependable, and comfortable interacting with guests. Ability to safely lift and carry up to 60 pounds. Ability to stoop, bend, climb, stand, and walk for extended periods. Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work independently while also being a dependable member of the team.
