Essential Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service
  • Perform general Service Lane duties, greet guests, Within 1 minute of their arrival and shuttle both sales and service guests. Closing Lot
  • Clean all bathrooms and breakrooms. Empty all trash. Clean all windows. Clean guest waiting area for the next day. Ensure that there are cleaned and washed rental vehicles if needed. Moving vehicles need to be transferred to correct location to be serviced or stored. Wash vehicles and Assure the transfer of completed Vehicle to the Guest in a timely manner as instructed by advisors Opening Lot
  • Rolling up gates and disengaging locks. Showroom
  • Ensure that it is ready to receive guest. Help set up service area for days business Detail supplies
  • all supplies are out and monitored for reorder Detail supplies
  • all supplies need to be stored and detail bays are spotless Showroom cars and washed are ready to receive guests.

  • all supplies need to be stored and driveway spotless Showrooms are ready to receive guests
Qualifications Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. No experience needed will train.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. Share job details to
