Ford of Bloomington is currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Full-Time Lot Attendant to join our team. This position plays a key role in maintaining the appearance and organization of dealership inventory while supporting the sales and service departments with day-to-day operations. Schedule Tuesday - Saturday Responsibilities Organize and maintain new and used vehicle inventory on the lot Keep vehicle displays clean, properly parked, and customer-ready Assist with moving and transporting vehicles as needed Wash and fuel vehicles when necessary Ensure the lot remains clean, safe, and organized Install license plates and assist with vehicle deliveries Support the sales and service departments with various tasks throughout the day Perform general lot maintenance and dealership support duties Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications & Skills Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus Dependable with strong attention to detail Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen What We Offer Competitive starting pay Full-time schedule with Sundays and Mondays off Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability 401(k) FREE Life Insurance Paid Time Off Employee vehicle purchase and lease programs Growth opportunities within one of the largest dealer groups in Central Illinois Employee discounts with local businesses We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination and harassment of any kind.
