This role requires speed, awareness, and a strong hospitality presence. You are responsible for delivering a consistent, polished arrival and departure experience. Key Responsibilities Greet residents and guests promptly and professionally Safely park and retrieve vehicles with efficiency and care Manage traffic flow and vehicle staging during peak times Maintain awareness of surroundings and property standards Communicate clearly with team members and property staff Accurately manage keys, tickets, and logs Uphold presentation and service standards at all times Requirements Minimum 2 years of valet experience required Must know how to drive manual (stick shift) vehicles Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work weekends and holidays Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to perform under pressure in high-volume environments Work Schedule Full-time and part-time roles available Evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts required Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Growth opportunities within Stratton Amenities Pay range: $17-$18 per hour Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, paid sick leave, and paid time off.
