• Full-time We're seeking a professional, responsible, and outgoing person to work in our fast paced Lexus Service Department.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with customer service experience. In this role, you will greet guests on the service drive, use iPad for service appointment information, gather information for Service Consultants, assist guests with on-demand car wash, answer technical questions about their vehicle, will be trained to test batteries and disinfect vehicles, provide a luxury experience as a concierge in our service drive, deliver cars to dedicated areas of the dealership, and assisting in other clerical related tasks as it pertains to the role. Full-time and Part-time positions available.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests on service drive Obtain information pertaining to service appointment using iPad Inspect and check-in loaner vehicles using iPad Check-in on-demand car wash guests Answer technical questions for guests when necessary Move vehicles to dedicated areas within dealership as needed Deliver Lexus Plus concept to every guest Act as a concierge for all guest's needs

Requirements:

Outstanding Customer Service Superior communication and customer service skills Excellent follow-through skills Solid working knowledge of the Internet and iPad Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude We are a drug-free environment Valid drivers license required
