Position:
TheEvent Staffmembers are the frontline personnel responsible for greeting, engaging and interacting with all customers attending events (sporting events, music concerts, etc.).
Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Facility Operations:
Processing of event passes, credit card transactions as assigned. Direction of event and transient traffic as assigned. Ensuring that all facilities are swept free of debris following the completing of an event.
Customer Service:
Promote good customer relations by consistently providing exceptional customer service with a professional and friendly demeanor, positive attitude, and willingness to help at all times. Resolve customer service issues or questions as needed or refer the situation to a supervisor for resolution. Meet and greet each customer with courtesy and great customer service. Understand how to handle the different types of customers and where to direct them.
Skills:
Adhere to dress code - Must be able to work outside in any weather conditions (rain, snow, wind, heat, etc.) and be able to continuously stand for extended periods of time (3-6 hours) Follow all safety standards. Communicate with management, supervisors and traffic directors. Expedite the traffic flow in a timely fashion. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively. Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language. Must be open to feedback, differing opinions and other points of view. Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness. Demonstrate the ability to seek improvement. Excellent teambuilding and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
Experience handling cash, conducting monetary transactions. Parking industry experience is preferred but not required. Previous experience working in outdoor/extreme weather conditions preferred.
Other Assigned Duties:
Reporting of all incidents in accordance with company policies
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift, push and pull at least 25 pounds. Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time. Ability bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift. Willingness to work in the elements - heat, wind, snow, rain, etc. Ability to work all Events as scheduled. Ability to lift, push and pull at least 25 pounds.
