is hiring a
LOT TECHNICAN!
The Lot Technician is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, organization, and readiness of dealership vehicles. This role supports both the sales and service departments by moving vehicles, preparing inventory, and ensuring the lot and dealership areas are clean, safe, and customer-ready. This is an excellent entry-level position for individuals interested in an automotive career.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the appearance and organization of new and used vehicle inventory Move vehicles between the lots, showroom, service drive, and detail department Prepare vehicles for customer delivery, including fueling, washing, and light cleaning Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out for service customers Perform basic inspections (tire pressure, fluid levels, battery start-up as needed) Keep lot, drive lanes, and parking areas clean and free of debris Install license plates and temporary tags as directed Support dealership events and promotions by staging vehicles Pick up and drop off service customers as needed Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies High school diploma or GED preferred Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred) Prior dealership or automotive experience a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Good time management and organizational skills Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Professional appearance and positive attitude Customer-service oriented mindset Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds Comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment
