Job Description
$750 Hiring Bonus for new Team Members plus $50 in gas gift cards during our onboarding process. The Valet Manager is responsible for the supervision of all parking facilities and valet parking operations ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino. The Valet Manager will assist the staff as necessary to facilitate parking operations efficiently and professionally. Serves as a leader and example to Valet personnel and ensures required employee documentation is timely and appropriate.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures consistent, high-quality service standards are maintained in the Front Services area. Responsible for the proper scheduling of employees ensuring a high level of guest service while maintaining control of labor costs and all departmental expenses. Must be able to understand and manage within the departmental budgetary guidelines. Supervises employees including maintaining proper employee/employer relations, recognition, and administering discipline. Provides positive feedback to employees, as well as, corrective feedback to negative actions. Understands, administers and reviews performance appraisals; sets performance expectations and provides coaching and operational support for Valet personnel Maintains inventories to ensure Valet staff have the necessary tools to perform job functions Maintains and ensures positive interaction with line-level and supporting staff to ensure fairness and consistency Handles all guest complaints in an effective and timely manner to ensure the best resolution for both Prairie Band Casino & Resort and its guests Effectively communicates with various departments based upon situational needs Works with supervisors to make staffing recommendations for assigned personnel, including, but not limited to, hiring, promotions, demotions and terminations Ensures supplies are in compliance with property safety standards for our guests and employees Ensure proper training and requires employees to maintain and enhance a safe, secure and comfortable environment Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned Adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner
Act as a role model and always presents oneself as a credit to Prairie Band Casino and encourages others to do the same
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
Required A high school diploma or GED is required, with at least three years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or a similar customer service field. Additional training or certifications in leadership or business management is beneficial. Knowledge of budgeting process with the ability to critique financial performance Ability to effectively and quickly handle shifts in business demands Must have a valid driver's license Must qualify for company insurance coverage Clear driving record required. No major violations, (DUI, reckless driving, driving on suspended), no accidents, and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years Must be at least 21 years of age Professional appearance as outlined in the Prairie Band Casino & Resort Employee Handbook Strong verbal and written communication skills One year of experience using Microsoft Office products including Word, Outlook, and Excel Excellent interpersonal, customer service, team building and problem-solving skills Must be able to quickly assimilate and communicate information to key external and internal audiences Ability to train and motivate personnel

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
