Job Description

Job Summary:
The Lot Sweeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and safety of parking lots. This role ensures the property remains free of debris, litter, and hazards while providing a clean and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Sweep and clean parking lots, sidewalks, and surrounding areas. Pick up trash, debris, and other litter throughout the property. Remove leaves, dirt, or other materials from walkways and parking areas. Report safety hazards, property damage, or maintenance issues to management. Operate manual and powered sweeping equipment safely. Assist with basic grounds maintenance as assigned. Utilize company cell phone to run software and 3 party apps. Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Qualifications:
Valid Kansas Driver's License is required. Good driving record. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Working Conditions:
Outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Overnights, weekends, and holidays. Frequent walking, bending, lifting, and use of cleaning equipment. Part time, with the ability to work 40 hours as schedule changes.
Pay:
$13.00 - $20.00 per hour
