Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Porter/Lot Tech and be the first point of contact for our dealership's outdoor operations! In this energetic role, you will ensure the smooth flow of vehicle movement, maintain the appearance and safety of our lot, and deliver exceptional guest services to every visitor. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment while supporting the overall efficiency of our dealership operations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in automotive service, customer interaction, and outdoor work. Responsibilities Safely operate standard passenger vehicles, including manual transmission models, to move cars within the lot or to designated areas. Assist guests by providing friendly, professional customer service, including directing parking and answering inquiries. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parking lot and surrounding outdoor areas to ensure a safe and attractive environment. Perform heavy lifting tasks such as moving tires, accessories, or other dealership equipment as needed. Communicate effectively with team members and guests to coordinate vehicle movements and provide excellent service. Requirements Prior experience in guest services or hospitality environments is preferred. Dealership experience or familiarity with automotive services is a plus. Ability to operate standard passenger cars with manual transmissions confidently and safely. Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and outdoor tasks throughout the workday. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving in outdoor settings is advantageous. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining lot appearance and safety standards.
