Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Parking Lot Attendant, where your energy and customer-focused attitude will keep our parking facilities running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will be the friendly face greeting visitors, managing vehicle flow, and ensuring a safe, organized environment for all guests. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help create a positive experience for everyone who parks with us. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with parking Manage parking spaces efficiently, ensuring proper vehicle placement and flow of traffic Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, giving directions, and addressing concerns promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking lot area to ensure safety standards are met Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate vehicle movements and resolve issues quickly Qualifications Excellent communication skills, bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse customers Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods throughout shifts A proactive attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a lively setting
