Seasonal Parking Lot Attendant (Part-Time)
Position Title:
Parking Lot Attendant Schedule:
Approximately 24 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
Age Requirement:
Must be 16 years of age or older

Through the end of the busy season Position Summary We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Parking Lot Attendant to help create a positive first and last impression for our hotel guests. This role is responsible for monitoring the parking area, assisting guests with luggage, maintaining the cleanliness of the property, and performing light outdoor maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, interacting with guests, and taking pride in keeping the property looking its best. Key Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and assist with directions and parking as needed. Help guests transport luggage to and from their vehicles when requested. Monitor the parking lot to ensure vehicles are parked safely and efficiently. Keep parking areas, sidewalks, entrances, and outdoor spaces clean and free of debris. Empty trash and recycling receptacles throughout the property and replace liners as needed. Perform light lawn care duties, including watering plants, pulling weeds, sweeping walkways, and maintaining outdoor appearance. Assist with setting up or moving outdoor furniture and equipment. Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or suspicious activity to management promptly. Provide excellent customer service and answer basic guest questions about the property and local area. Support other departments with miscellaneous tasks as business needs require. Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old . Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills. Ability to lift and carry luggage weighing up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. No prior experience required; hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
Schedule & Availability Part-time:
