The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the parking area, ensuring a smooth and efficient parking experience for our guests. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patrons. As a Parking Attendant, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment while maintaining safety and order in the parking facility. Duties Greet guests upon arrival and provide assistance with parking their vehicles. Monitor the parking area to ensure all vehicles are parked correctly and securely. Assist with valet parking services, ensuring timely retrieval of vehicles for guests. Perform pick up and drop off services. Provide information about the facility, including directions and local attractions, enhancing guest services. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area to ensure a pleasant experience for all users. Collaborate with team members to address any issues or concerns that may arise during shifts. Skills Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Experience in customer service or hospitality roles is preferred. Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including manual transmission cars. Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a dealership setting is advantageous. A commitment to providing excellent guest services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Familiarity with valet parking operations is a plus.
