Carwash Associate

Position Summary:

Harmon Tire & Service Center is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Car Wash Associate to assist customers through our automated car wash process. This position focuses on guiding customers safely into the wash system, providing excellent customer service, maintaining equipment cleanliness, and ensuring smooth daily operation of the wash facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service Guide vehicles safely onto the automated car wash track Explain wash packages, promotions, and answer customer questions Assist customers with payment and point-of-sale transactions Monitor the car wash system to ensure safe and proper operation Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of the car wash area, vacuums, and customer areas Inspect equipment and notify management of maintenance or operational issues Maintain cleanliness of wash bays, entrances, exits, and surrounding property Help ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns professionally Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines

Qualifications:

Friendly and outgoing personality Strong customer service skills Ability to work independently and stay productive during slower periods Reliable, punctual, and dependable Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks Basic cash handling or point-of-sale experience is helpful, but not required

Compensation:

Starting pay at $18.00 per hour Pay is negotiable based on experience
