Job Description

Overview:
Would you like to be the face of Sunday River Resort and the Hotel? A Bell Person/ Valet is a positive, enthusiastic, welcoming team player who is highly engaging and an informative ambassador to all guests. This role assists guests in the transporting of their luggage, the storage of their ski/snowboard gear, and may park their vehicles while ensuring guests experience a superior level of service. We are looking for full-time and part-time seasonal positions.
Responsibilities:
Create a warm welcome for all guests Working knowledge of departures and arrivals Knowledge of events and activities at the resort and the local area Keeping all work areas clean and safe Safely parking and retrieving guest's vehicles Assisting with snow removal and salting/sanding in guest areas Police the parking areas for proper guest parking of all vehicles Prepared to work outside in all weather conditions Performs any other task as requested by the manager Send every guest off with a fond farewell
Qualifications:
Previous experience is preferred but not required Must be at least 18 years old Valets must have a clean driving record Compensation & Benefits Wage ranges from at $15.50 to $22, depending on experience and qualifications, plus gratuities , with opportunities for professional growth and advancement Seasonal Team Member perks include: Free ski pass for self, and additional ski passes for dependents of full-time Team Members. Resort discounts on ski lessons, equipment rentals, dining, lodging, retail, and spa. Eligibility for affordable Team Member housing.
