As a Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for managing the parking area, assisting guests with their vehicles, and ensuring a smooth and efficient parking experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet guests upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles in designated areas. Monitor the parking lot to ensure all vehicles are parked safely and efficiently. Provide directions and information about the facility to guests as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area. Assist with valet parking services when required, ensuring proper handling of guest vehicles. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate parking operations. Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Skills Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Strong customer service skills, with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Experience in cash handling and familiarity with cash registers. Ability to drive various types of vehicles confidently. Knowledge of retail math for accurate transaction processing. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Previous experience in valet parking or similar roles is preferred but not required.
