Service Porter

Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering assistance and directing them to the appropriate service areas or personnel Safely operate dealership vehicles, including those with manual transmissions, to move vehicles within the lot or to designated areas Assist with parking and retrieving customer vehicles. Deliver vehicles to service bays or designated locations as needed, following all safety protocols Support the service team by handling light administrative tasks. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to coordinate vehicle movements and address guest inquiries Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle lot and surrounding areas to uphold a professional appearance Experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission vehicles preferred. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor Prior dealership or retail experience is advantageous but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Embark on a rewarding career where your energy makes a difference!
