Riverside Pet Resort is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and positive individual to join our team as a Part-Time Dog Daycare & Boarding Attendant / Customer Service Representative . This is a hands-on position that's perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, providing excellent customer service, and caring for dogs of all breeds and sizes. Primarily weekend availability is required. What You'll Do As part of our team, you'll help create a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for both our guests and their owners.
Responsibilities include:
Supervising dogs during daycare and group play Feeding, watering, and administering medications as directed Cleaning and sanitizing kennels, play yards, and common areas Greeting clients and assisting with check-in and check-out Answering phones, assisting with reservations, and providing exceptional customer service Monitoring pet behavior and reporting any health or behavioral concerns Ensuring every pet receives attentive, compassionate care throughout their stay Working alongside our team to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility What We're Looking For A genuine love for dogs and animal care Friendly, professional, and customer-focused Reliable, punctual, and dependable Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment Able to lift up to 50 pounds and spend extended periods standing, walking, bending, and cleaning Strong communication and teamwork skills Previous animal care or customer service experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person!
