Job Description

Valet Attendant Lora Hotel is seeking a professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Valet Attendant to provide exceptional guest service while safely handling guest vehicles. Safety and vehicle care are our highest priorities. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, remains calm under pressure, and understands that accuracy is more important than speed. As the first and last person many guests interact with, our Valet Attendants play an important role in creating a memorable guest experience while ensuring every vehicle is handled with the highest level of care.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude. Assist guests with luggage and other belongings as needed. Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles while following all hotel valet procedures. Conduct a visual walk-around of each vehicle before and after parking, noting any pre-existing damage. Drive all vehicles cautiously and responsibly, obeying all traffic laws and maintaining safe speeds at all times. Accurately complete valet tickets and verify vehicle information. Ensure vehicles are locked, secured, and parked in designated areas. Safely store vehicle keys according to hotel procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe valet area. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding guest requests or vehicle concerns. Report any incidents, damage, or safety concerns immediately.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Minimum age of 21 years Previous valet, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred, but not required. Comfortable driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Excellent judgment, situational awareness, and attention to detail. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work outdoors in all weather conditions for extended periods. Professional appearance and reliable attendance. What We're Looking For Safety-first mindset.
