Shop / Lot Attendant Diamond K Sales MT Job Overview Diamond K Sales MT is looking for a dependable and motivated Shop / Lot Attendant to join our trailer sales and repair team. This position is responsible for keeping the dealership lot organized, assisting the service department, preparing trailers for sale, and helping maintain a clean and professional shop environment. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a fast-paced dealership team. Responsibilities Move and organize trailers on the sales lot and around the shop Wash, clean, and detail trailers for customer delivery and display Assist technicians with basic shop tasks and cleanup Perform lot maintenance including snow removal, sweeping, and general upkeep Check incoming inventory for cleanliness and condition Help load and unload trailers and parts deliveries Maintain a safe and organized work environment Assist customers with basic questions and direct them to sales or service staff Operate forklifts, trucks, and shop equipment when needed Qualifications Valid driver's license required Ability to back trailers and operate trucks safely preferred Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in outdoor conditions Mechanical knowledge or trailer experience is a plus, but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Forklift experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time opportunity Friendly, team-oriented work environment Opportunity for advancement within the company Hands-on experience in the trailer sales and repair industry Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Occasional Saturdays during busy season
