Job Summary Maintains a team of parking and shuttle service ambassadors. The team leader is responsible for providing a high level of customer service while maintaining a safe, ample, and unobstructed traffic and parking environment for our patients, visitors, and employees. Handles all complaints of visitors, patients, and staff with regards to shuttle, traffic and parking; and provides shuttle service. Oversees assigned employee day- to-day scheduling of both staff and the shuttle services provided, operations, programs, and activities; coaches and counsels staff as needed consistent with Department Manager's direction.

What qualifications you will need:

Required Experience:

Two years in customer service and/or public relations work. Some basic supervisory and/or

Preferred Experience:

Prior hospital experience. management training. Computer skills.

Required Education:

High School diploma or equivalent. Good driving record and valid

North Carolina Driver's License Preferred Education:

Associates Degree.

Required License:

Must have a valid NC driver's license or procure one within 30 days of employment unless an out-of-state commuter, at least two years of satisfactory driving experience and be at least 25 years of age to meet the Mission Health established insurance guidelines.

Preferred License:

CDL license within 6 mos. of hire. Other courses and certifications that would promote job performance and safety.
