Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Parking Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services while ensuring the safe and efficient parking of vehicles. This role requires a strong focus on hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Parking Attendant, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our guests. Duties Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude as they arrive. Efficiently park and retrieve vehicles while ensuring the safety of all cars. Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles and assist with cash handling transactions. Ensure the parking area is clean, organized, and secure at all times. Assist with valet parking duties as needed, including operating manual transmission vehicles. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest experience. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred. Familiarity with valet parking operations is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with guests. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
