If you enjoy staying active, working outdoors, and take pride in keeping things organized, this is a great opportunity to become an important part of our dealership. As a Lot Attendant, you'll help ensure our lot is clean, organized, and presentation-ready while supporting both our Sales and Service teams. What You'll Be Doing Maintain the organization and appearance of the dealership lot Stage, park, and arrange new and pre-owned vehicles for display Ensure vehicles are clean, properly positioned, and customer-ready Perform routine lot inspections and remove debris of litter to maintain a clean appearance Adjust mirrors, seats, and other vehicle settings as needed Assist with moving vehicles between departments and dealership locations when necessary Work closely with the Sales, Service, and Inventory teams to ensure accurate vehicle placement Maintain inventory organization and assist with lot operations Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an automotive dealership, is preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stand, walk, bend, and occasionally lift objects throughout the day Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must successfully pass a pre-employment background screening What We Offer Competitive Pay Health Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Employee discounts Career growth and advancement opportunities Supportive team environment Why Capital?
