Duties Safely move, park, and retrieve vehicles within the dealership lot using manual transmission vehicles and parking guidelines specific to Assist customers with vehicle arrivals and departures, providing friendly guest services and clear communication Maintain an organized lot by ensuring vehicles are parked correctly and efficiently, adhering to dealership standards Conduct visual inspections of vehicles for damage or irregularities before and after test drives or deliveries Support the delivery process by transporting vehicles to designated areas or customer locations as needed Handle cash transactions accurately when processing payments or fees related to vehicle services or parking Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and service staff to ensure smooth operations Requirements Valid driver's license with experience driving manual transmission vehicles Prior experience in a dealership, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Knowledge of parking regulations and traffic flow management Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic retail math calculations Bilingual abilities are a plus, especially in languages commonly spoken in the community Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to coordinate with team members and assist guests effectively Join us as a Lot Porter / Lot Attendant and become an essential part of creating a positive experience for every guest!
