Full Job Description Position Summary:
Hillandale Golf Course is seeking a reliable, hard-working Cart Attendant to join our outside staff team. This role is essential in providing a high-quality experience for our guests by ensuring that golf carts and the facility are clean, organized, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, interacting with guests, and contributing to the daily operations of a busy public golf course.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and stage golf carts for daily use, ensuring they are clean, charged, and in good working condition Clean and sanitize golf carts after each use Detail carts regularly (interior and exterior cleaning, deep-cleaning as needed) Assist with picking, washing, and restocking range balls from the driving range Monitor and empty trash bins throughout the facility and replace liners as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart barn, staging area, and surrounding facilities Support with other outside duties including water station checks Provide friendly and professional customer service to golfers and guests Follow safety procedures and report any maintenance issues to management
Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative Prior experience in golf or customer service is a plus, but not required
