Job Description
Capital Ford of Lillington is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Automotive Porter to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working outdoors, and taking pride in keeping the dealership organized and looking its best. This is a part-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule, 1:00 PM-6:00 PM — no weekends! As an Automotive Porter, you'll help maintain the appearance and organization of our dealership while moving and staging vehicles, keeping the lot clean, and assisting the team with day-to-day dealership needs. You'll play an important role in making sure our customers and employees have a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. What You'll Be Doing Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the dealership lot Properly stage, park, and arrange vehicles according to dealership standards Safely move vehicles around the dealership as needed Keep vehicles and dealership areas clean and presentable Assist with vehicle inventory organization, including locating and moving vehicles Perform regular checks of the lot and report any concerns or vehicle issues Help keep driveways, parking areas, and other dealership spaces organized Assist dealership departments with various tasks as needed Provide a helpful and positive attitude when interacting with customers and team members Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Reliable, dependable, and hardworking attitude Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to stay active and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift Ability to safely operate and move vehicles Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Previous automotive, porter, lot attendant, or similar experience is a plus Ability to pass required pre-employment background screenings
