The only original Coore & Crenshaw design in North Carolina features a 241-yard reverse Redan par three and plays very fast. Definitely a bucket list course. A Club Services Associate plays a critical role in creating a seamless and welcoming experience for members and guests through attentive service, professionalism, and teamwork.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As part of the Club Services team, your essential functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide a high level of customer service to members and guests throughout their visit, serving as a welcoming and professional representative of the club. Stage, prepare, and maintain golf carts for daily play, including stocking, cleaning, and presentation standards before and after each round. Greet members and guests upon arrival, assist with loading and unloading golf clubs, and support club cleaning and care standards. Clean golf clubs and maintain cart presentation standards. Assist with driving range operations, including collecting, cleaning, and organizing range balls. Collect, transport, and deliver luggage for members and guests upon arrival and departure. Support other areas of the club as needed to ensure smooth daily operations. Maintain personal appearance standards and wear assigned uniforms. Operate club-owned vehicles to transport members and guests when applicable to the club location. Provide valet services for member and guest vehicles when applicable to the club location. Adheres to all Dormie Network's policies, procedures and service standards. Work collaboratively with all employees to support an efficient and positive team environment. Consistently greet members, guests, and fellow employees with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a willingness to help. WHO YOU ARE
Demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills in all member and guest interactions. Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Exhibits solid organizational skills with attention to detail in daily responsibilities. Manages time effectively and meets established operational expectations. Performs effectively in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment. Works independently within assigned responsibilities and follows direction as needed. Maintains confidentiality when handling sensitive or proprietary information. Safely operates golf carts and other Club vehicles in accordance with established guidelines. Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on Club operations and member needs. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
None EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of golf preferred. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred. PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods of standing and walking. Ability to bend, stretch, twist, and turn. Ability to visually inspect equipment, golf carts, and member belongings for cleanliness and condition. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to communicate effectively with others. Ability to operate a motor vehicle when properly licensed. REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS
