This role is responsible for safely moving vehicles, maintaining a strong client-facing presence, and assisting with scheduling and communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of leading by example in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure efficient and safe transportation of vehicles across the lot and designated areas Lead the onboarding and shadow shift process for all new hires Provide on-site management of lot technician services and daily operations Maintain professional, courteous interactions with clients, guests, and team members Complete and submit damage claims promptly (within 1 hour of an incident) and notify the Operations Manager Enforce site-specific policies and procedures through progressive disciplinary measures as necessary Review draft schedules with the Account Manager and assist in resolving conflicts prior to release Perform additional duties as assigned by the

Account Manager Required Skills & Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record Must be 18 years or older for driving responsibilities Ability to drive automatic vehicles (manual transmission preferred) High school diploma or equivalent Previous valet or lot operations experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Reliable attendance and punctuality are required

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
