Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Parking Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing parking operations, ensuring a smooth flow of vehicles, and providing excellent customer service to all guests. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately. Duties Greet and assist customers as they arrive, providing information about parking options and services. Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner, ensuring proper handling of all vehicles. Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive experience. Assist with valet parking services when necessary, demonstrating strong driving skills. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate parking operations efficiently. Uphold safety standards and protocols while managing the parking area. Experience Previous experience in customer service or retail environments is preferred. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and cash registers is essential. Experience in valet parking or at a dealership setting is a plus but not required. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
