What You'll Do:

Operate commercial sweeper trucks to perform parking lot maintenance and cleaning across assigned properties. Perform post-shift cab maintenance, including wiping down interior cab surfaces, refueling, dumping trash, etc. before ending shifts. Safely navigate commercial areas and business parking lots during night and early morning shifts. Maintain company vehicles, trailers, and equipment in clean, excellent working condition. Requirements & Qualifications Must possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (strictly No DUIs or moving violations ). Experience towing trailers or operating heavy machinery is a strong plus. Strong attention to detail, personal accountability, and respectful care of company equipment. Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings. Zero-tolerance policy for drug/alcohol use. Must be available to work night into early morning shifts. Must be willing to adhere to strict hands-free driving laws (absolutely no texting or cell phone use while driving/operating equipment). Must be willing to adhere to strict no-smoking policy in all company vehicles. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs. Probationary & Hiring Terms 90-day probationary period upon hire.
