Job Description

Position Summary The Outside Service Professional plays a key role in delivering an exceptional member and guest experience. This position is responsible for daily outside golf operations including valet services, cart preparation, practice facility setup, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Primary Responsibilities Greet members and guests upon arrival in a professional and welcoming manner Manage and operate the valet area Prepare, stage, and store golf carts with players' bags Operate and manage the bag storage area Prepare the warm-up and practice facilities Close and pick the practice facility each evening Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Perform minor club repairs as needed Conduct monthly inventory Maintain the golf cart fleet Remain visible, attentive, and service-oriented at all times Adhere to uniform standards and report to scheduled station on time Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
Qualifications Experience:
Previous golf operations experience preferred
Education/Certifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid state driver's license with clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required Skills & Abilities Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail Dependable and professional appearance Working Conditions Ability to stand for prolonged periods Ability to move freely throughout a multi-floor building Ability to work outdoors in varying and sometimes inclement weather conditions Physical Requirements Ability to bend, stoop, lift, balance, and carry items up to 50 lbs Ability to push or pull carts up to 50 lbs Ability to assist with moving furniture when necessary Ability to work with flammable materials, cleaning chemicals, and sharp tools Ability to remain active and mobile throughout the shift This description is intended to provide applicants with a general overview of the physical and mental demands of the position.
