Job Description

Scope:
The Valet Driver will safely park and retrieve Member and Visitor vehicles. The Valet Driver is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all Members, Visitors, Employees, Departments, and all others with whom he/she interacts.
Primary Responsibilities:
Greet and assist all members and guests with anything that they may require, ensuring that their time spent at the property is pleasant and enjoyable. Coordinate the parking duties for most special functions, as well as monitoring the cleanliness of all outside areas. Communicate with the entire staff to coordinate efforts aimed at providing world-class service. Greet the members and their guests at the valet/bag drop area of the Clubhouse and park their cars. Actively perform all member/guest services (open car doors, direct all members and guests to their destination, safely park and retrieve vehicles). Assist all members and guests with equipment to and from their cars. Be visible and attentive at all times. Escort members and guests to and from vehicles with flashlights. Patrol clubhouse area to ensure cleanliness. Assist outside service staff and inside staff as needed. Required to be in proper uniform and complete uniform as designated and be at scheduled station at the scheduled time. Other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
Three years driving experience. Experience driving an automatic and standard transmission. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid state driver s license and clean MVR..
Physical Requirements:
Requires ability to bend, stoop, lift, and carry items up to 50 lbs. Requires ability to drive automatic or manual transmission. Requires ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time. Ability to visually observe the surrounding conditions. Ability to work in inclement weather and working conditions.
