We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Pay:

$12.25 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Stages golf carts for daily and tournament play Maintains cleanliness of the bag rooms and cart barns Attends to all bag drops and assists customers with their golf bags Provides directions to the driving range, golf shop, snack bar, and restaurant Maintains the driving range and practice range areas throughout the day Picks golf balls from the driving range, washes range balls, and refills the range machine Assists in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings Maintains consistent communication with the Golf Shop and Starter as needed Cheerfully interacts with and delivers world-class customer service to all guests Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

Minimum Qualifications:

Must have a valid driver's license Knowledge of the game of golf preferred but not required Friendly and positive personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic
